How to read this explorer
This explorer examines recurring clinical and diagnostic patterns recorded in FND Nope cases. Published case reports and patient stories can be examined separately, as can cases classified as misdiagnosis, comorbid FND or unresolved. Missing features should not be interpreted as evidence that a symptom, sign or event was absent; it may simply not have been reported in the available source.
Diagnostic-process interpretations such as possible anchoring, premature closure or diagnostic overshadowing are kept separate from events explicitly documented by the source.
This is a selected collection, not a representative population sample. Counts cannot establish prevalence, causation, diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity or specificity. Source type does not assign reliability. Follow the links in each case to read its sources.
