CONCLUSION: TFHL improves functional and histopathological outcomes in SCI models and attenuates inflammatory activation. These effects are consistent with multi-pathway regulation predicted by network pharmacology and are supported, at least in part, by MAPK pathway suppression, warranting further mechanistic and translational studies.
