CONCLUSIONS: In this exploratory, descriptive analysis, interictal ^(18)F-FDG PET showed higher concordance with lateralization of surgical areas compared with fNIRS-VFT among patients with DRE. Nevertheless, fNIRS may provide complementary information for cases with inconclusive PET findings.
