CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL IMPORTANCE: The GFHD was associated with a significant decrease in PD frequency and GI signs in most dogs. The AGA IgG and TG-2 IgA titers were not predictive of dietary response, suggesting limited value as biomarkers.
