1”Functionel” is , since long ago, associated to psycological/ nervous/ hysterical - which means there is a kind of disrespect for the patients, not regarding them as actually in need of ”serious” medical intervention. The F classification ought to be changed to IDEOMATIC , and it’s time to aknowlegde that what now is classified as F Will in the future be better understood - and therefore respected. For a good example - what was ”distegarded as a typisk F (IBS variant) was in the 1990 clearly diagnosed as two forms of treatable microscopic colitis. This Will hopefully go on - so : be more humble and call things ideopatic till You know better!!!
